How the Parade of Homes™ Works
- Tickets are required to visit the Parade homes. They are available for $10 at area Circle Ks beginning September 1. A full-color magazine is included with each ticket purchased.
- Your ticket is valid for all five days of the Parade (one visit per home).
- Everyone two years of age and older needs a ticket to enter the homes.
- Maps showing the location of each Parade home are available on this website and in the printed magazine.
- If you plan to use online navigation to travel between homes, we strongly suggest that you use the links provided on the Parade Map page. Some homes are located in new areas, and online mapping programs may not yet correctly recognize the addresses. Turn-by-turn directions are included in the printed magazine.
- You may start at any home; however, blue and yellow Parade of Homes™ directional signs are placed to guide you to homes in the order they are numbered.
- Parade entries are clearly marked with black and gold flags in front of the home.
- Please be prepared to remove your shoes at each home. No bare feet, stocking feet, or shoes are permitted.
- A pair of booties will be provided to each attendee and must be worn. Please keep your booties with you and reuse them indoors only at each home.
- Visit all the Parade homes in each category to be eligible to vote for the “People’s Choice” award in that category.
- Visit and have your ticket stamped at all the Parade homes on the tour for your chance to win a $2500 closet package from All City Closet Co (winner must be a Washington state resident and live within a 75-mile radius of the Tri-Cities)!
- Feel free to ask the builders and other representatives at each home questions.
- No strollers or backpacks allowed.
- No smoking, food, or drinks allowed in Parade homes.
