Inspired by her Afghan heritage and love of cooking, she created the business to share authentic Afghan cuisine with the community. Through every meal, Amina hopes to build connection, celebrate culture, and introduce guests to the warmth and hospitality of Afghanistan. Her dream is to open the first Afghan dine-in restaurant in the Tri-Cities, creating a place where everyone feels welcome and experiences the true taste of Afghan tradition.
