Hot Mess Burgers & Fries
Hot Mess Burgers and Fries was founded in 2019 by Chef Cara Nokes and her wife Allyson. Starting as a pop-up restaurant until 2020 when they became the Tri Cities first Ghost restaurant. Fall of 2021 saw them moving into their truck Ol’ Messy!
Chef Cara brought on her friend, and former Sous Chef Ben Nichols as a business partner last year! The team has gone on to be voted best burger in the Tri-Cities, and has managed to create a cult like following throughout the state!
They are being accompanied by Rise and Shine Bakeshop their commissary kitchen friends who now have their own Downtown Kennewick location!
